TVK MLA’s ‘horse trading’ claim: Case registered against former Madurai Deputy Mayor P.M. Mannan

Based on Madurai Central TVK MLA Mustafa’s complaint of horse-trading bid, CCB registers case under Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and for criminal conspiracy and Mr. Mannan, now with the AIADMK, was picked up for inquiry.
