HC strict on Shravasti encounter, orders CBI probe; raises serious questions on SHO's story

The Allahabad High Court has taken a strong view of the Shravasti encounter. The court handed over the investigation of the case to the CBI. The case will now come up for further hearing on November 23, 2026.
